QPR CostControl BV is managed by three senior Cost Management experts. All three have 14-18 years experience in the Cost Management field with implementations as well as with tools.

Lim Vermeer

Lim Vermeer was born in Vlaardingen on 8 November 1968.He studied Business Economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. He joined TRAG Adviesgroep in 1993 as consultant and started doing Cost Management assignments. In 1996 he founded TRAG Consultants VOF with another partner. TRAG Consultants was built to a flourishing Cost Management practice. Many Cost Management assignments were done using QPR CostControl as a tool. In 2001, Lim set up a joint-venture to establish QPR CostControl BV in the Netherlands, together with the other TRAG partners, a Swedish consultancy company and 2 Finnish companies.

In 2005 Lim joined QPR CostControl BV as one of the directors. His focus areas are partners in the US and UK and healthcare. Lim's main experiences are: Costing in financial institutions, logistics, government and health care.

Carlos van der Vorst

Carlos van der Vorst was born in Amsterdam on the 4th November of 1960. He studied Business Economics at the KUB (University) Tilburg. He started in the Cost Management field when he joined KPMG Management Consulting in 1989. With KPMG, Carlos lead many Cost Management assignments and developed a tool for Activity-Based-Costing (Cost-It) aimed at product costing, activity costing and variance analysis.

In 2001, Carlos joined TRAG Consultants VOF and continued Cost Management assignments, now with the QPR CostControl-tool. During that period, Carlos was the first CEO of QPRCostControl during 2 years for part of his time. In 2005, Carlos joined QPRCostControl BV as one of the directors. His focus areas are research & development, partners and healthcare. Carlos' main experiences are: cost management in industry, healthcare, government and financial institutions.

Ulrik van Beyma

Ulrik van Beyma was born in Hoogkerk on 2 May 1966. He studied Business Economics (Rotterdam) and Post-Doc Registrered Controller (Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam). After working as a financial controller for Stork NV for 4 years, Ulrik joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 1994. With PwC Ulrik started participating and leading Cost Management assignments, mainly in the telecom and utility industry. With PwC, Ulrik developed a tool for Activity-Based-Costing for the telco industry (Tele-Com-Pass) aimed at product costing for internal use and regulatory purposes.

In 2000 Ulrik joined TRAG Consultants VOF and continued Cost Management assignments, now with QPR CostControl. In 2001, Ulrik set up a joint-venture to establish QPR CostControl BV in the Netherlands, together with the other TRAG partners, a Swedish consultancy company and 2 Finnish companies. After a short period of (temporarily) being CEO for QPRCostControl BV, Ulrik joined QPR CostControl BV in 2005 as one of the directors. His focus areas are marketing and partner management. Ulrik's main experiences are: cost management in financial institutions, telecoms and healthcare.
