The QPR suite of software tools is developed by 2 companies. QPR CostControl BV (The Netherlands) develops the Cost Management Tool 'CostPerform'. In Finland QPR Software Plc develops QPR ScoreCard and QPR ProcessGuide.

The three tools are linked together. QPR ProcessGuide is used to draw processes and cost models that are costed in CostPerform. The performance measure on activities in CostPerform or processes in QPR ProcessGuide are measured in QPR ScoreCard.
